We kindly ask you to allow us to make the rooms available to subsequent guests in the conditions of maximum cleanliness and hospitality, freeing them by 10:00 am.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION POLICIES:
- in case of cancellation of the holiday the deposit will not be refunded;
- in case of interruption of the holiday, payment equal to 100% of the stay will be required;
- in the event of lockdown or regional restrictions related to Covid-19, the deposit will be converted into a voucher for an additional holiday to be used within 12 months.
Book a stay without worries and your holiday will be protected by CARE4UHOTEL insurance.
If you are unable to reach us due to illness caused by Covid-19 or other pathologies, accidents or breakdowns along the way, dismissal or new hiring, and for other cases identified in the insurance coverage, you will be able to obtain reimbursement of your stay up to 100% of the penalties applied to the cost of 4.8% of your holiday You will also have the opportunity to purchase coverage for reimbursement of medical expenses, baggage assistance and the outdoor package (pass refund – ski pass, subscriptions to tennis / spa / golf centers – equipment rental – ski / tennis / golf schools) at cost of € 2,50 per day per person if purchased at the same time as booking or € 3,00 if purchased within 24 hours of check in.

Starting from 1 January 2018, the tourist tax was introduced in Trentino Alto Adige. The income generated by the tourist tax will be used both for the construction and maintenance of infrastructures and services, and for the organization of sporting and cultural events.
It has been established that this tax, determined per person and per night, must be collected by the accommodation facilities, for an amount equal to Euro 2.00. Children and adolescents under 14 are exempt.
The tourist tax must be paid upon departure and will be shown on the invoice for the stay in the structure, with a separate item.
